We’re TBQ. It stands for “Taco Bell Quarterly,” but it also stands for whatever we want. We’re not bought or owned by any corporations. Maybe it stands for Testicle Balls Quarterly, or maybe it stands for Tits & Blowjobs Quarterly. What we do stand for is that literature is for everyone. There are no rules in creative writing except to fight the fascists. We stand against racism, sexism, ableism, transphobia, and all forms of bigotry and discrimination. Black Lives Matter. We believe in bodily autonomy, protecting trans kids, and that Taco Bell employees should be able to unionize without fear of backlash. We believe all cops are bastards, all people should have clean water, and that all children should have futures. Free Palestine. It’s live más, not bomb más. TBQ commits to PACBI in solidarity with the people of Palestine. You can learn more about PACBI here.
